Mary Baldwin College and the University of Texas. She has traveled the world and brought the world to the HK. International
buyers flocked to the ranch drawn by grand champion American Red Brahman cattle – and dinners with Mary Sue. Her social circle
includes European royalty and working cowboys. She has acted in dinner theatre and driven to board meetings with veterinarian-bound
calves lying in the trunk of her car. She has opened her arms and embraced life through triumph and tragedy. Every day is an
adventure for Mary Sue and she lights the way with colorful stories you gladly take home. Stories told on herself with a wry,

A headline on the front page of the Houston Chronicle newspaper labeled her as "A Texas Legend" and Texas' premier magazine, Texas Monthly, wrote, "she is one of six Texans you'd want to invite to your dinner party."Mary Sue is a brash, brassy and wonderful Texan woman, full of fun and caring-and sharing all with her audiences. She has the ability to paint pictures with words and she inspires, motivates and entertains in a way that every single person in the room believes she is speaking just to them...and often, FOR them."I began speaking when a friend from Houston called and asked me to come speak to her Club. Seems she was the program chairman and needed some help. Thinking this was going to be a "livingroom" type gathering, I agreed. The day for the talk arrived and I drove up to the Hotel where the meeting was being held, only to discover that the simple, uncomplicated little group I expected of "about forty" was a 1500 member ladies group...all with big Texas hair and gold beads! Well, I just got up and did it.
